Shipping policy

When ordering ready made pieces, please allow 24 hours for your order to be packed before it is shipped out. Our business operates during the week days, orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next working day. Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed as they would have been processed by our team.

UK DELIVERY
All our UK orders are delivered using Royal Mail. Please note that during seasonal periods delivery time frames depend on your chosen couriers working ours. Please select your delivery method at the checkout, all delivery includes tracking details. 

EUROPE DELIVERY
All of our deliveries to Europe will be delivered within 4-10 working days. Delivery includes Customs and Tax and tracking details. You will not be charged local customs and tax fees as this will be covered by us. Please you may be liable to additional shipping fees after the 2nd failed attempt of delivery.

Please note if you require an express shipment service then you can contact us directly to organise this and we can ensure you receive your package on time. Please note you may be charged for Customs and Tax using this method.

US/CANADA/REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY
All US/Canada/Rest of The World orders are delivered by DHL Express. All US/Canada/Rest of The World orders will be delivered approximately 4-5 working days after the dispatch date. Delivery includes tracking details.

Please note we provide tracking details for all international order shipped. We expect customers to use tracking to ensure completed delivery. Customers may be liable to additional shipping fees after the 2nd failed attempt of delivery to the customer.
