EXCHANGE POLICY
If in the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your MADIHA purchases, please contact us on info@madiha.co.uk to inform us of your decision and the items you would like to exchange with.
Our exchange policy is 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
NON-EXCHANGEABLE CONDITIONS
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting our team first.
Unfortunately at this moment in time we do not accept returns on any item/s.
SHIPPING
The buyer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for exchanging/returning the item/s.
The buyer is responsible for all taxes and customs to their respectable countries.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s.
Delivery charges are different for every country as it depends on the delivery location and weight of the package.
